Return and Exchanges Policies
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we only offer EXCHANGES on your purchased items, but unfortunately, we cannot accept returns. This is because many of our products undergo a customization process and specific modifications that make them unsuitable for resale.
We want to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we accept exchanges on products within 7 days from the date of receipt of your order.
Please note that all shipping costs incurred to return the product to us, as well as the costs for subsequent exchange shipping, will be the responsibility of the customer.

I strongly suggest you measure yourself before purchasing, The easiest way is to measure a necklace or bracelet you already own with a measuring devise.
Care instructions
Polish your jewelry carefully with a soft, lint free cloth. Do not soak your crystal products in water.
Avoid contact with harsh, abrasive materials and glass/window cleaners.
Always remove you jewelry before going to bed, showering, etc to avoid tangling and breakage.
Store in close container away from the sun and moisture.
And always put your perfume before putting your jewelry on.
